REGISTRATIONS ARE OPEN

To register, the participants have to complete the REGISTRATION FORM which is accessible at the link: https://forms.office.com/e/f7aDBvZNzd.

Registration Fees

Before January 17, 2025:

• 120 euro (standard fee for senior researchers, RTDa/RTDb/RTT, and professors);
• 60 euro (PhD students and post-docs).

After January 17, 2025:

• 160 euro (standard fee for senior researchers, RTDa/RTDb/RTT, and professors);
• 100 euro (PhD students and post-docs).

Registration Fees include:

• Admission to all the conference sessions
• Coffee break and lunches during the conference days

Payment

The payment of the REGISTRATION FEE is possible only by bank transfer to:

Invoicing

Please provide to the CINMPIS secretary (Mr. Carlo Gianeselli, at direzione.cinmpis@uniba.it) all the relevant data for the invoicing of the registration fee, i.e. First and Family Name, e-mail address and fiscal code in the case of a personal bank transfer or, alternatively, issue a purchase order from the institution. Please note that the invoice will be issued by CINMPIS Consortium directly to those who make the bank transfer. Thus, an invoice cannot be issued to an institution if someone has already prepaid the registration through a personal bank transfer.
